In 1998, she joined Herbalife International and led product development in new international markets, including China and India. Caroline was responsible for sourcing new suppliers to match and produce existing products in their new locale. She matched and developed over 100 flavor systems to assure their appropriateness for local markets.

From 2000-2003, Caroline directed more than 500 product development efforts for Herbalife, from concept stage to production, meeting targets for quality and cost to ensure the best value for customer and company. She led development of manufacturing in international markets and established quality systems, manufacturing procedures, and production standards.

Caroline is bi-lingual and fluent in English and Chinese.
