Odell is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned executive leading multiple companies to high growth during her tenure as Managing Director of NutraHealth Partners; President of Annovium Products, LLC; founding CEO of Inogen, Inc. (NASDAQ:INGN), and co-founder of Medical Concepts, Inc. She has received numerous awards of distinction, among them: Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Spirit of Entrepreneurship Foundation Lifetime Achievement Award, Girl Scouts Woman of Distinction Award, and Venky Award for Entrepreneurial Leadership.

Peter Leighton has been responsible for some of the most successful consumer nutrition brands in the market. He has served as CEO of Advana Science, VP Marketing and Product Development for Natrol, VP Product Strategy at Complete Nutrition and SVP Marketing for Weider Nutrition International. Peter has built a career growing value and driving innovation with a focus on dietary supplements, functional foods and beverages.

Alan Feldstein, Esq., specializes in advertising and marketing law in the health and dietary supplements industry and as counsel to a New York law firm, serves as attorney to many of the top names in sports nutrition. Previously, he served as professor of law on the Adjunct Faculty staff at Southwestern University School of Law; General Counsel for a direct marketing dietary supplement company and Partner in a New York law firm representing film, television, business, advertising and direct response marketing clients.

Kristina M. Eriksen has worked with companies across all corporate life stages, with notable success in guiding companies through organizational and systems development, corporate compliance, business and brand strategy, rapid growth, debt and equity financings, private equity transactions, IPO and M&A.
