Kristina Eriksen has over 30 years’ experience as a corporate financial management professional in technology and consumer packaged goods in organizations with a product focus in wellness and healthy lifestyles. During her career she has worked with companies across all corporate life stages from entrepreneurial launch to corporate renewal, with notable success in guiding high potential organizations through organizational development, rapid growth, debt and equity financings, private equity transactions, IPO and M&A.

Prior to joining DSXgroup, Kristina was CFO of thinkThin, a leading natural nutrition bar company.   Kristina managed the growth of thinkThin from 2009 through 2014, including participation in orchestrating a sale to private equity firm TSG in December 2011.

Prior to thinkThin, Kristina held positions as CFO of Iconix Video, an early stage venture backed firm in the professional HD video arena; Vice President Finance/CFO of Balance Bar Company, where she completed an IPO and subsequently sold the company to Kraft Foods; CFO at Envision Medical Corporation, sold to the Linvatec division of Bristol Myers.

Kristina has been a featured speaker at industry conferences and a university faculty instructor. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, Central Coast chapter; a 15 year member and Board Director of Soroptimist International of Santa Barbara; and Board Member of the Santa Barbara Human Resources Association for over 20 years.
