He has 25 years of broad-based leadership experience driving positive change, innovation and creating triple-digit growth by leading critical business initiatives focused on key revenue objectives.

Leonardi is regarded as a thought leader within direct selling and technology markets, is a frequent speaker at industry events, published writer and sits on the Supplier Advisory and Technology Councils for the Direct Selling Association (DSA).
